C Sys Labs, Inc. is located in Chico which lies in the northern Sacramento valley between Redding and Sacramento California.  Travel time from the Sacramento airport (SMF) is approximately 1.5 hours.  Best route is U.S. 5 north to the junction of Hyw 32 east in Orland.  Commuter flights via San Francisco to Chico are also available.
